Bicycle Route R10: Świnoujście – Międzyzdroje One of the most beautiful seaside bicycle routes in Poland runs right here – from Świnoujście to Międzyzdroje. The R10 trail, also known as Velo Baltica / EuroVelo 10, combines picturesque Baltic landscapes with convenient cycling infrastructure. **Length and Character of the Route** The section from Świnoujście to Międzyzdroje is about 25 km long. The route is easy and pleasant, ideal for both beginners and more experienced cyclists. Most of the surface is asphalt and hardened forest paths (about 90%), although there are short gravel and sandy sections in places. **Route Course** Starting in Świnoujście, the trail leads along marked bicycle paths. Cyclists then enter the picturesque forests of Woliński Park Narodowy (Wolin National Park), full of shade and pleasant coolness even on hot days. Along the way, you can encounter sections closer to the sea and stretches leading through dunes and coastal landscapes. The finish is in Międzyzdroje, one of the most popular resorts on the Polish coast, where cyclists are greeted by a wide beach, the famous Promenada Gwiazd (Promenade of Stars), and numerous dining spots. **Attractions Along the Way** Wild nature and beautiful views of the Baltic Sea, numerous resting places in the forest, the opportunity to visit viewpoints in Woliński Park Narodowy, and with a bit of luck – encountering bison in a nearby enclosure. **Practical Tips** A trekking, cross, or MTB bike will work best. During the holiday season, it's worth setting off earlier to avoid heavier tourist traffic. The trail signage is good, but in a few places, a map or cycling app is useful.
