Below you will find the most important information to help you start your stay in a calm and comfortable way.

⏰ Check-in

Check-in hours: 15:00–20:00 🕒 You may arrive at any time 24H. After 20:00, phone contact with the receptionist may be difficult as we do not work during night hours.

In case of late arrival 🕗 please send us a short 💬 message via Booking – we will gladly adjust to your needs.

Access to the property:

Gate & building: 200 🔑 → key symbol → 3443

Keys 🗝 are in a lockbox at the entrance door.

The code for the box and your apartment number will be sent 📩 via SMS on your arrival day.

🚗 Parking

Fee: 50 PLN / day 💰

Before arrival, please inform us 💬 if you wish to use the parking – provide your license plate 🚘 and payment method 💳.

Payment:

Up to 72h before arrival: bank transfer to Arkada-Inwest Sp. z o.o., PLN currency 🏦 IBAN: PL 87 1090 2268 0000 0001 6266 1787 (title: “parking fee” + booking details) SWIFT: WBKPPLPPXXX.

Later: a credit card 💳 payment link will be sent 📩 via SMS.

After receiving payment ✔ we will add your number to the gate-opening system.

Parking spaces: any available 🚙 outside or in the underground garage 🅿️.

Gate opening: please call 📞 +48 784 084 236 – the system will open automatically (only after payment ✔).

🛎 Reception

Service is remote 🖥 – we look after your stay and can change your room within the chosen standard if needed.

⏳ Early check-in

If you wish to arrive earlier, please let us know 💬 – if possible, we will gladly arrange it 💖.

Only written confirmation ✍️ guarantees early check-in.

🐾 Pets

We are happy to welcome your pets 🐕🐈.

Fee: 100 PLN / day.

Please notify us at least 72h before arrival 💬. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee of 1000 PLN.

Payment: bank transfer 🏦 or payment link 💳 (same as for parking).

Rules for the stay of children at Baltic Tunnel Apart

1. Responsibility of guardians
   Children may stay at the hotel only under the supervision of parents or legal guardians.
   The hotel is not responsible for children left unattended.
   Guardians are obliged to ensure the child’s safety at all times during the stay.

2. Safety and access to areas
   Children may remain on the hotel premises only under the supervision of adults.
   Children are not allowed to use technical equipment independently or enter areas marked as staff-only.

3. Quiet hours and order
   Children must behave in a way that does not disturb other hotel guests, especially during quiet hours (10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.).
   Running in hotel corridors and noisy play in common areas are prohibited.

4. Hotel equipment
   Children may not use hotel equipment in a way that could damage it.
   Parents/guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by a child.
